So, I’m working on the ending of my second novel. I’m writing it from Andrew’s point of view. I figured out that I can end the story where it transitions to part two and start a new story where I leave off there. I’m struggling with part two, only because it’s set in a place where I’ve never been and I just don’t want to write something that isn’t going to ring true. I can get the characterizations and the plot together just write but I won’t have a true feeling of what it’s like to be where they are. A big urban city in the US, easy peasy, but an old, European city, not so much.
Anyway, so the ending is from Andrew’s point of view. I’ve also just finished a novena here and since my story has so much Catholic stuff in it, it’s making it into the ending. I’m sure the ending will be revised over and over until I get it write. And the setting of the ending, is going to be in part two, told differently from Isabel’s point of view of course. But the opening scene and the ending scenes will tie into each other.
